Refund Policy: RuthiePilates

At RuthiePilates, we are committed to providing high-quality Pilates classes and services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in how we handle cancellations and refunds.

1. No Refunds for Missed or Cancelled Classes

​

We do not offer refunds for classes that are missed or cancelled by the client less than 24hours before. This includes both in-person and online sessions.

 

2. Membership Cancellations

​

  • If you are on a membership or recurring plan, you may cancel by giving at least one month's notice in writing (email).

  • If the required notice is not provided, you may still be charged for the next billing cycle.

 

3. If We Cancel a Class

​

In the rare event that we need to cancel a class due to instructor illness, venue issues, holiday or other unforeseen circumstances:

  • We will offer either a rescheduled session or a class credit.

  • No monetary refunds will be issued.

 

4. Class Transfers

We do not allow class fees to be transferred between clients or rolled over into future terms.

 

5. Special Offers and Packages

All discounted packages, taster sessions, or promotional bookings are non-refundable and may have separate expiry conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
